Service Description

Our aquanatal classes are specifically designed to support you throughout your pregnancy and also help you prepare for your baby's birth. The weight will be literally taken off your feet as you stretch, strengthen and relax in lovely warm water, combining movement and some well earned 'me time' with the opportunity to meet other expectant mums. We have classes taking place at Happy Tiddler's pool in Barton le Clay on Wednesday evenings, at 7.45pm.
