Jess has such a calming presence that made this exercise class feel so personal. She’s very knowledgable and knows exactly how far you could push yourself to be safe for you and your baby. She was incredibly supportive during the exercising element but also allowing us the space to get to know other expectant mums. Jess had clearly thought every part of the session through and the added relaxation, breathing and visualisation element was an incredibly pleasant surprise.

I’ve never been one for high intensity work outs or ever enjoyed working out or exercise, but I really wanted to get fit for both myself and my baby!

 

Jess is super friendly, helpful and teaches you different ways of doing exercises, I absolutely love going to this class.

Jess is super friendly and supportive with her teaching. Every class has a fantastic mix of exercises to work on key things postpartum. I really enjoy the variety of core and impact moves which challenge you no matter your current level of fitness.

 

To top it off, we all have a lovely chat and cuppa together after! A great class to attend with baby- whether they sleep through, lay on your mat chilling or end up being held during the activities.

Jess is just the most fabulous person to run these groups, guiding us through fitness and toning exercises as well as some relaxations both to give chance to bond with bump and that were useful in labour. She is warm and friendly and very supportive. I only wish I had found these classes earlier in my pregnancy!
